The Features of Autograph by Pennyfarthing Homes
The project is made up of two buildings, one in the North with 31 flats and one in the South with 33 flats. Each building has a new tech system called 1VALET. This system uses facial recognition and mobile phone prompts to allow entry, can scan packages for deliveries, and lets homeowners reserve common spaces.
The buildings are some of the first built with concrete in the Cambie Corridor, a neighborhood right next to Cambie Street. Despite being close to a main road, the project is also located on a quiet residential street. Moreover, the Queen Elizabeth Park is nearby. Schools, including Vancouver College, Eric Hamber Secondary School, and Sir William Osler Elementary School are also within easy reach.
The apartments in the buildings are beautifully furnished: all floors, with the exception of the bedrooms (which are carpeted), have been laid with engineered hardwood for a modern look; all countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms are made of quartz; bathroom floors are porcelain; cabinets have a laminate finish; and appliances are in stainless steel.
