Eila on W49 is a brand new set of 23 stylish townhomes set to open in early 2021. These homes are located in the Oakridge neighbourhood of Vancouver. So, what exactly can you expect? There are three buildings, each having three stories. The buildings are made of wood and all of them have a special area on the rooftop, known as the roof deck. The layout of these buildings is such that they are all centred around a courtyard.
