Fairview Gardens is a small but luxurious residential development with 10 townhomes, located in West Maple Ridge. It lies conveniently close to various amenities like the West Coast Express, local bus stops, shops, schools and restaurants. These beautiful homes have been designed keeping your needs in mind. They include two master bedrooms, a garage for two cars, and two spacious balconies, and have been beautifully finished across three levels.

The townhomes have a classic, modern style, and offer a perfect balance of city and country living. You can enjoy the beauty of riverside dikes, and the Golden Ears Provincial Park, or engage in fun outdoor activities like hiking, biking, boating, golf, and camping. There are also some great local restaurants within walking distance, like Big Feast, Humble Roots, and The Kingfisher Pub. The Keg is also close by for your convenience.

This residential development is still under construction by iFortune Homes. They’ve chosen a Craftsman-style design for the townhomes, with high-pitched roofs, and white HardiePlank siding (a type of durable, weather-resistant material), accented with neutral shades of grey and brown. The houses also have modern, black-framed windows. Each townhome will have its unique entrance, marked by a grey wall and canopy, and will include a landscaped yard out front.

There are six different floor plans to choose from, all offering four bedrooms and varying in size from 1,850 to 1,987 square feet. Each townhome includes a garage big enough for two cars, a bedroom with an attached bath on the ground floor, a bedroom with a bath and laundry area on the main floor, and two master bedrooms on the top floor that each come with sundecks.

There are two communal lawns on either side of the driveway entry, ideal for socializing or for children to play in.

The project is situated in the area of West Maple Ridge. It’s easy to get to the West Coast Express, Lougheed Highway and Golden Ears Way from our location. Other conveniences like buses, shopping, schools and restaurants are close by.

For your convenience, here is a list of the different types of flooring and countertops used in each part of the house:

– Kitchen floor: Made of a material called laminate, which is durable and easy to clean.
– Kitchen countertops: Made from quartz, a tough and stylish material.
– Entryway floor: Laminate, provides a welcoming first impression.

– Bedroom floor: Carpet provides a warm, cozy environment.
– Main bathroom floor and countertops, and ensuite bathroom floor and countertops: Tile and quartz, both are attractive and easy to maintain.

The cabinets are made from laminate, providing a sleek and modern look. The appliances have a black and stainless finish, which adds a touch of sophistication. The fridge has a freezer which is located at the bottom for easy access. The stove has an “Electric Ceran Top”, which means it uses electricity and has a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.

Some of the brands used in the house include Whirlpool, Frigidaire, LG, Blomberg, and Faber. The house is heated using electric heaters, which are easy to operate, but unfortunately, air conditioning isn’t provided.
