To secure a unit at Garden 11, the deposit structure is as follows: a preliminary deposit of $10,000 is needed upon composing, followed by a 2nd deposit of 5% of the purchase rate (minus the $10,000) within seven days after approval. A third deposit of 5% is then due within 10 days of either receiving the building license or six months from the acceptance date, whichever is later on. Lastly, a 4th deposit of 5% needs to be paid no behind 12 months from the acceptance date.
