The design of Hillside includes a two-tone palette, which is a blend of two colors. This classic look gives the homes at Hillside an endless range of options. From calm and quiet to bold and eye-catching, you can choose what suits your taste. Our creative team came up with a modern West Coast design.

Inspired by the nearby creek and the protected park, Hillside Homes is composed of 16 uniquely designed townhomes. This collection was brought to life by the Azure Group. The homes come with three bedrooms that are ideal for families.

These homes include a double-wide garage which means it is wide enough to fit two cars side by side. It also has additional storage space. The homes have an elevated back deck and a covered patio for outdoor activities. It also comes with a front deck, a powder room on the main floor and laundry facilities.

Inside, the homes come with top-of-the-line Samsung stainless steel appliances. They also include a natural gas fireplace in the living room from Napolean, which allows you to warm up the room. The homes have energy-efficient low-E windows that keep your rooms bright yet warm.

The main floor of the home has wood laminate flooring. This type of flooring is durable and easy to clean. The bedrooms have soft carpets that make them cozy and warm. For further coziness, electric baseboard heating is included. This type of heating system is filled with hot water that heats up the room.

Residents of Hillside Homes also get to enjoy a community nature garden. You can also take a peaceful walk along the quiet forested path at the nearby Cedar Park.

We’ve used a special siding called HardiPlank to make sure your home remains strong, beautiful and lasting.

Your home’s exterior features spacious decks in the front and rear, as well as gorgeous stone and sharp-looking roofs. There’s a large landscaped area that has been specifically designed by professional landscape architects. The home also has a large, covered deck in the back that’s perfect for hosting parties, complete with stairs leading to your private backyard. And don’t forget about the big garage – it has room for two cars and plenty of storage for things like bicycles.

The interior, which we’ve carefully designed to be cozy and inviting, features a front door in a warm oak tone, complete with a window and sleek black hardware. The main floor ceilings are 9 feet high and the living room is kept warm by a natural gas fireplace. A convenient powder room and wood laminate flooring complete the main floor.

Your bedroom and stairs are carpeted in plush material with a special technology that helps protect against stains. Large windows fill each room with natural light and improve energy saving, yet reduce harsh UV rays. The color scheme and lighting have been hand-selected by designers, and the interior is finished with modern doors and large baseboards.

The kitchen is simply wonderful. It has sturdy, two-tone plywood cabinets in a contemporary texture. The floors in the kitchen match the main living areas. The quartz stone countertops are stunning, and there’s a large stainless steel sink to help you prepare your meals and clean up afterward.

The bathrooms are just as impressive, boasting custom cabinetry, designer lighting, large walk-in showers and luxury Kohler hardware. And to top it off, there’s a custom-framed mirror in each bathroom.

Living at Hillside means you are close to beautiful parks and natural destinations like Cedar Park, Golden Ears Park, Maple Ridge Park and Alouette Lake. All homes have outdoor-covered living spaces and amenities for comfortable outdoor living.
