The floors are wide-plank brushed oak crafted wood and relaxing carpets.

MOUNTAIN: Warm, natural, and contemporary, this scheme consists of a modern mix of oak and sienna incredibly matte millwork with champagne bronze fixtures. The countertops and backsplash are quartz, and the cooking area sink is an elegant truffle Blanco granite silgranit undermount sink. The floors are wide-plank brushed oak crafted wood and relaxing carpets.

FOREST: Bold, empowered, and timeless, this combination combines walnut and verde very matte millwork with champagne bronze fixtures. The countertops and backsplash are quartz, and the kitchen area sink is an elegant coal-black Blanco granite silgranit undermount sink. The floorings are wide-plank European oak engineered hardwood and cozy carpeting.

Morrison Walk is in the Moodyville neighborhood and is the last part of the Morrison collection. Nearby, you can enjoy the North Shore Spirit Trail, Moodyville Park, Shipyards District, and local shops and restaurants.

To reserve a unit, you will need to pay a total of 20% as a deposit. This includes an initial payment of $10,000 when you sign the contract, then the remaining 10% one week later, followed by two more payments of 5% each six and twelve months later.

There are some additional upgrades available for your unit. You can add air conditioning for $45,000 or upgrade to hardwood flooring for $20,000 for a 2-Bed unit and $22,500 for a 3-Bed unit. Every unit also comes with a parking stall that is EV-ready. If you want an extra parking stall, you can join the waitlist for $45,000 or opt for a tandem stall (2 stalls) with a connected 87 sq. ft. storage vault for $60,000. There are also storage lockers available for purchase, ranging from 29 sq. ft. for $6,500 to 83 sq. ft. for $19,000.

There is a 3% assignment fee, and the anticipated completion date is Spring 2026.
