Piero Lissoni represents the essence of being Italian. When we started to explore his work, we realized that the first part of our Oakridge project would set a really high quality standard for the rest of the project. His team’s work and experience are top-notch, which is why they are one of the most respected design companies in Italy. His style can be described as sleek and simple, but you can clearly see the influence of his Italian roots.

The Oakridge project by Lissoni has 42 floors and 319 homes, which makes it one of the tallest buildings in the Oakridge complex. How he designed the lobby, the building’s facilities, the rooftop garden, and all the homes was greatly influenced by the beautiful nature and distinct landscape of the Pacific Northwest – the thick forests, different kinds of trees, and mountain peaks that you can see in the distance when the fog clears. The breathtaking views that every home and shared space in this building offer are central to the design of Building Four.

Lissoni designed the inside of Oakridge in a way that emphasizes the natural and city surroundings as much as possible – the water, the trees, the ground, the light, and the weather. The design has a uniquely European feel to it, with many nods to past and present designs.

The Features of Oakridge Tower 4 (Phase 1 Piero Lissoni)

The Oakridge Mall is being transformed into a luxury high-rise community. This community will be located in a beautiful park-like environment and will feature public art, retail stores, and restaurants. This project is unique compared to other recent developments along the same line, called the Cambie Corridor, as the others are low to medium-rise buildings without any special facilities or impact. This project also includes a luxury car-sharing program and a valet parking service for its residents. However, it’s important to note that the prices will depend on the size of the residential living spaces inside the building. The total living space and deck space, as advertised by the developer, are not included.

Floorplan data includes details about the prices of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units on various levels of the building – levels 7 to 15, levels 16 to 25, levels 26 to 33, and levels 34 to 41 for the one-bedroom units. Two-bedroom floor plans are organized by levels 7 to 15, levels 15 to 22, levels 23 to 30, and levels 31 to 41, and three-bedroom floor plans by floors levels 7 to 15, levels 26 to 31 and levels 31 to 41.

When purchasing, prices will also have additional perks like valet memberships for two and three-bedroom units, a waitlist for one-bedroom units, and a transit pass valid for two years for all.

Upgrade options are also available, which have charges such as $188/month for valet membership and $228/month for EV valet membership. The interiors can be upgraded to wooden flooring for the kitchen, entryway, living area, and all bedrooms, marble flooring for the main and ensuite bathrooms, and integrated laminate cabinets with bottom-freezer fridge brand Miele. The heating source will be geothermal with a central AC system.
