One Park is a development located near the number three corridor, in close proximity to both the Brighouse Station and the Richmond Center. It consists of three tall buildings, each 15 floors high, built over a four-story base. These buildings encompass 40,000 square feet dedicated to stores and restaurants on the ground level and the same amount of space devoted to private indoor and outdoor facilities.

The cost to transfer the property, or the assignment fee, stands at 1% of the price for which the property was purchased plus an additional fee of $750. This applies if a third party is involved or if the transaction is being conducted with a related individual.

Buyers who currently reside locally are required to make a 20% deposit, while international buyers need to make a 35% deposit. Currently, the developers are providing an incentive in the form of a 15% deposit and a free bicycle storage area for every new buyer.
