We have designed a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful materials, ranging from rich textures to interesting patterns. Each home interior has two simple color schemes to choose from – White and Grey. The floors are covered with high-quality, 7-inch-wide laminate planks. The doors are equipped with satin nickel hardware. All windows have roller shade coverings and every walk-in closet has an organizer. There’s a laundry closet with a washer and dryer (more details are mentioned under the Appliance Package section). The ceilings are smooth throughout the house, with higher ceilings in the bedrooms and main living areas.

Kitchens

The kitchens are set up as a fantastic space for cooking, allowing you to enjoy every moment of it. The countertops and backsplash are made from 3 cm thick quartz. There are sleek cabinets with a flat-panel design. The sink is a single-basin type that fits under the counter. The faucet has a dual-spray feature and can be pulled out. Shelves in Rift Cut Oak or Veranda Teak finish create a modern look. You also have under-cabinet lighting to help with tasks.

Appliance Package
