The Akimbo is an exciting new community of condominiums or “condos” (these are like apartments that you can own) being built by the IMANI Development. You can find it at 4285 Dawson Street, in a city called Burnaby. Right now, the condos are still being built, but we expect everything to be ready by the year 2023.

There are a total of 350 condo units that you can choose from, with a variety of sizes and costs. The smallest ones start at 560 square feet and the largest ones are up to 1175 square feet. You can get one for a price anywhere between $689,900 and $1,469,900, depending on the size and features of the unit.
